All sales are final. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, an exchange or imperfect product refund will be offered. Kindly take the time to pick up your order by carefully reading the description. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind.
A clear unboxing video is required showing the label & addresses on the packaging and then opening it for any claim.
If your item is imperfect or does not match your order, please email us at contact@themahaspice.in within 7 days, with clear pictures & unboxing video attached and the problem mentioned in detail.
You’ll receive a response from our team within 3-4 working days only if the reason and all the requirements are valid.
Please note you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item(s).
