Ingredients:
1) ½ cup red shev
2) ½ cup curry paste (sauté dry/fresh coconut-onion-ginger-garlic and blend into a smooth paste)
3) 3-4 tbsp vegetable oil
4) Curry leaves
5) 1 tbsp MAHA KHANDESH Masala
6) 1-2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
7) Salt and water as required
Process:
1) Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves.
2) Add the curry paste and sauté for a couple of minutes on medium high flame.
3) Add kashmiri red chilli powder and khandesh masala.
4) Cover with a lid and sauté on a low flame for 10 mins, until the paste releases oil.
5) Add hot water to make medium thick gravy.
6) Add salt as required.
7) Bring it to boil and serve hot with chapatti or bhakri.
