Ingredients:
1) 1 cup gram flour
2) 1 tbsp ginger-garlic-chilli-coriander paste
3) 1 tbsp MAHAkolhapur Masala
4) 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil
5) 1 tsp mustard seeds, cumin seeds
6) ½ tsb asafoetida, turmeric powder
7) 2 medium, finely chopped onions
8) 8-10 curry leaves and freshly chopped coriander leaves
9) Salt as required
10) Water- around 1 cup
Process:
1) In a bowl mix 1 cup gram flour and 1 cup water. Add salt to it and, mix it until no lumps are formed.
2) In a pan, heat oil, add in mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, and turmeric powder and curry leaves.
3) Add finely chopped onion and cook until it turns slightly brown.
4) Add out gram flour mixture and MAHA kolhapur masala and mix it well.
5) Cover it with a lid and cook it for about 15-20 mins on low flame.
6) Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with chapatti or bhakri.
