Khandesh Shev Bhaji

Ingredients-

  • ½ cup red shev
  • ½ cup curry paste (sauté dry/fresh coconut-onion-ginger-garlic and blend into a smooth paste)
  • 3-4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp MAHA KHANDESH Masala
  • 1-2 tsp kashmiri red chilli podwer
  • Salt and water as required

Process-

  • Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves.
  • Add the curry paste and sauté for a couple of minutes on medium high flame.
  • Add kashmiri red chilli powder and MAHA KHANDESH masala.
  • Cover with a lid and sauté on a low flame for 10 mins, until the paste releases oil.
  • Add hot water to make medium thick gravy.
  • Add salt as required.
  • Bring it to boil and serve hot with chapatti or bhakri.
