Khandesh Shev Bhaji –
Ingredients-
- ½ cup red shev
- ½ cup curry paste (sauté dry/fresh coconut-onion-ginger-garlic and blend into a smooth paste)
- 3-4 tbsp vegetable oil
- Curry leaves
- 1 tbsp MAHA KHANDESH Masala
- 1-2 tsp kashmiri red chilli podwer
- Salt and water as required
Process-
- Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves.
- Add the curry paste and sauté for a couple of minutes on medium high flame.
- Add kashmiri red chilli powder and MAHA KHANDESH masala.
- Cover with a lid and sauté on a low flame for 10 mins, until the paste releases oil.
- Add hot water to make medium thick gravy.
- Add salt as required.
- Bring it to boil and serve hot with chapatti or bhakri.
