Kolhapuri Zhunka (Dry) –
Ingredients-
- 1 cup gram flour
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic-chilli-coriander paste
- 1 tbsp MAHA KOLHAPUR Masala
- 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds, cumin seeds
- ½ tsp asafoetida,
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 2 medium, finely chopped onions
- 8-10 curry leaves and freshly chopped coriander leaves
- Salt as required
- Water- about 1 cup
Process-
- In a bowl mix 1 cup gram flour and 1 cup water. Add salt to it and, mix it until no lumps are formed.
- In a pan, heat oil, add in mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, and turmeric powder and curry leaves.
- Add finely chopped onion and cook until it turns slightly brown.
- Add out gram flour mixture and MAHA KOLHAPUR masala and mix it well.
- Cover it with a lid and cook it for about 15-20 mins on low flame.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with chapatti or bhakri.
