Mix Vegetable Patty –
Ingredients-
- 3 medium boiled potatoes (undercooked)
- Shredded vegetables of your choice
- Coarsely grinded green peas and corn kernels.
- Finely chopped green chilli (optional)
- Finely chopped fresh mint and coriander
- 2-4 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tsp MAHAGARAM masala
- Salt as required
- Bread crumbs (sooji can be used as an alternative)
- Cheese- grated (optional)
- Cornflour-maida slurry
- Oil for frying
Process-
- In a small bowl, add 1 tbsp cornflour and maida and make slurry.
- In another bowl, grate potatoes and add shredded vegetables, green peas and corn kernels, finely chopped green chilli, finely chopped fresh mint and coriander, 3 tbsp cornflour , 1 tsp MAHAGARAM masala, cheese and salt as required.
- Make round patties, dip in the slurry and coat it with bread crumbs.
- Deep fry in a pan.
- Serve hot ketchup.
