Mix Vegetable Patty

Ingredients-

  • 3 medium boiled potatoes (undercooked)
  • Shredded vegetables of your choice
  • Coarsely grinded green peas and corn kernels.
  • Finely chopped green chilli (optional)
  • Finely chopped fresh mint and coriander
  • 2-4 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tsp MAHAGARAM masala
  • Salt as required
  • Bread crumbs (sooji can be used as an alternative)
  • Cheese- grated (optional)
  • Cornflour-maida slurry
  • Oil for frying

Process-

  • In a small bowl, add 1 tbsp cornflour and maida and make slurry.
  • In another bowl, grate potatoes and add shredded vegetables, green peas and corn kernels, finely chopped green chilli, finely chopped fresh mint and coriander, 3 tbsp cornflour , 1 tsp MAHAGARAM masala, cheese and salt as required.
  • Make round patties, dip in the slurry and coat it with bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry in a pan.
  • Serve hot ketchup.
